Celebrating Mothers Day at Branxton Preschool

Last week at Branxton Preschool, we were delighted to celebrate Mother’s Day by welcoming our amazing families into the preschool for a few mornings filled with creativity, connection, and fun.

The children were so excited to show their love and appreciation for their mums, grandmas, Nannas or significant mother figures through a variety of hands-on activities. One of the highlights was making a beautiful bunch of flowers—each child carefully crafted their own floral masterpiece to gift with pride. There were also special paintings filled with bright colours and big smiles.

We created a beautiful, nature-inspired play dough area where children used flowers and natural elements to craft meaningful creations and express their love. They also enjoyed exploring a water sensory table, mixing magical potions with flowers picked from our garden.

To make the day even sweeter, each mum received a delicious cookie to take home and enjoy —a small token of appreciation for all that they do.

A big thank you to all the wonderful mums, nans, significant mother figures, and dads who joined us—we truly enjoyed celebrating these special mornings with you!
